What does the annual plan include?
The annual plan is equivalent to paying for 10 months and receiving 12 (2 months free). Payment is made annually in advance. Features are identical to the same-tier monthly plan.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?
No. The monthly plan has no lock-in — cancel anytime from your dashboard. The annual plan is billed upfront once per year, but there are no early-termination penalties beyond the billed period.
Can I subscribe to just time tracking or just invoicing?
Yes. TrustinTime and TrustinFacts work completely independently. Subscribe to whichever module you need today and add the other at any time.
Is IPSI support included in all invoicing plans?
Yes. Native IPSI (0.5%) for Ceuta and Melilla is included in all TrustinFacts plans at no extra cost. It is the only software on the market that offers this out of the box.
